Generating growth and visibility using data driven customer engagement tactics

As a Brand Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing emotional marketing campaigns that connect with our target audience on a deeper level and drive brand loyalty. This includes developing messaging and content that resonates with customers on an emotional level, as well as implementing tactics such as storytelling, personalization, and experiential marketing to create a more meaningful and immersive brand experience. You should have a strong understanding of consumer psychology and be able to use data and insights to inform your approach to emotional marketing. Additionally, you should be skilled at using a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels to reach and engage customers, and be able to measure the success of your campaigns through analytics and customer feedback. Strong creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding and connecting with customers emotionally are essential for this role.

Adoption and scalability of emerging technologies and channels

You set in place and integrate campaigns and brand elements into various channels, leveraging tech to scale the impact of our customers campaigns, but also injecting data-driven services into the mix of brands and products.

Acting as a product owner, you will use the feedback loop generated by data to feed the various strategie and tactics in your growth flywheel. You leverage tools in place and you’re able to scale them across a portfolio or across markets.

Sustaining the expression of brands throughout channels

As a Brand Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative branding strategies for our customers. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for brand growth and development, and creating and executing branding campaigns that align with our customers brands overall vision and mission. You should have a strong understanding of brand management principles and be able to effectively communicate the value of our brand to both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating these brand guidelines, as well as staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in branding. A strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Profile required

This job position is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-senior marketer (5-8 years experience) with a first validated experience in an agency or brand, to sharpen his/her experience in a regulated field such as the pharma industry.

  • Min. 5 years confirmed experience for a brand in a marketing or commercial position 
  • Marketing, Digital or Multichannel project management experience is a plus
  • Experience in reporting data using online tools such as CRM or ERP, or BI solutions (e.g. Google Data Studio or PowerBI)
  • Google Apps (Drive, Gmail, Calendar…) experience is a plus
  • Web savvy


  • MBA or Master degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Double competencies in a life sciences field are a plus
  • Fluent English (written/oral)
  • German or French are a plus
  • A minimum of Web/IT background is appreciated
  • Kaizen/6sigma/Scrum/PMP certifications are a plus
